TASTING NOTES
The nose opens with smoked damson jam and peppery seared steak, brightened by navel orange and liquorice. The palate grows dense with coal smoke and dark chocolate-covered cherries alongside charred BBQ meats. Finally, a finish of cocoa nibs and dried mint carries a lingering trace of boozy berries.
