Our single cask range provides whisky drinkers with full disclosure of ingredients, production processes and cask type, charting the journey of spirit. All showcasing unique recipes, our single cask whiskies serve as a collection of singular and unique whisky experiences. #147 is our first single cask release, and the first in a series of single cask bottlings to be released in 2024. #147 has been matured in an ex-bourbon cask and boasts a mixed mashbill including three specialty malts —Crystal, Vienna, and Caramalt— and an unconventional double pitched fermentation with Lavigne specialty wine yeast.
