First maturation in Rye casks with a second maturation in Amontillado Sherry Hogsheads. Vatted in December 2023 and bottled in January 2024.

Butterscotch, Sweet Dark Fruit, Aromatic Herbs, Black Pepper, Roasted Nuts, Silky, Oily Mouthfeel, A hint of Seasalt.
