Launched in early 2025 as part of a new core range, SPEY 18 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky from the famous Speyside Distillery. Aged initially in bourbon casks, it was then finished in sherry casks and bottled non-chill-filtered at 46% ABV.
Nose Malt, juicy peach, and freshly baked apple. Sweetness of bubblegum and muscat grape juice with a hint of minty freshness, alongside fruity notes and rich woodiness. Reveals hints of perfume and caramelized crème brûlée after a while.
Palate Sweet and smooth honey cake, with notes of hops, citrus peel, and tropical fruit sweetness.
Finish Elegant and pleasing, lingers to showcase a rich complexity.
