This 2022 Distillery Exclusive Release has been finished in Virgin Oak casks for one year, creating a sweet and spicy dram with a long oily finish. Limited to 966 bottles.
Tasting Notes
Colour
Ash wood
Nose
Cloves, wood sap and olive oil.
Palate
Burst of white sugar, then vanilla and other sweet flavours. Honey, sponge cake and coconut.
With Water: More sweet notes but also some nutmeg and cracked cloves.
Finish
As the sweetness fades, some crisp green apples appear, leaving a long oily texture linger.
